TERONG LADO HIJAU

Bahan:
▪2 bh terong hijau potong kecil
▪1/2 ons jambal roti goreng kering
▪3 btr asam kandis/asem jawa
▪1 papan pete kupas
▪garam

Bumbu halus:
▪250 gr cabe hijau besar
▪8 btr bwg merah
▪6 btr bwg putih
(bahan digoreng dulu sebelum dhaluskan)

Cara membuat:
■terong – pete dan ikan jambal digoreng.
■bumbu yang sudah dihaluskan ditumis kembali dengan ditambah asam kandis – garam tumis sampai wangi.
■masukkan terong – pete dan ikan asin kedalam sambal lado hijau aduk.

Tip:
▪disajikan dengan nasi kapau
